Cylinder factory, a branch of Southern Gas Trading J.S Company (PV Gas South),the leading LPG cylinder manufacturer in Viet nam, established in 2006 with the capital 5.5 million USD, capacity more than 1.000.000 cylinders per year. The factory located on the area 30,000.00 m2 on D3 street, Vinatex-Tan tao industrial park, Hiep phuoc town, Nhon trach district, Dong nai province, Viet Nam, it’s near high-way and ports that very convenient in transporting our products and export.
The factory was invested with the modern production lines from blanking to finishing process with over 80% automation. The blanking and forming machines were manufactured and supplied by CMW- Japan. The welding machines Miller and Lincoln – USA were assembled for circumference welding process and Panasonic welding machines were assembled for shroud, foot-ring and neck-ring welding processes. The other equipment such as heat treatment furnace, shoot blasting, zine metalizing produced and supplied by Winner – Korea and the electrostatic powder coating line with capacity more than 800 cylinders per hour was fixed with praying gun Nordson– USA.
Together with the modern production lines are the quality control system that established and controlled strictly at each processing and the laboratory, accreditation with ISO 17025-2005 standard, equipped with modern testing machines such as mechanical testing machine and X-ray examination system produced by Shimadzu and Rigaku – Japan, cycling machine produced by IVS – Taiwan, etc., and other testing equipment giving accurate testing results and high reliability, meeting all domestic and foreign standards.
Furthermore, cylinder Branch also awarded product standards DOT 4BA 240, ISO 4706: 2008, EN1442: 2017 and TPED for LPG cylinders. The integrated management system of Quality – Occupational Health and Safety - Environment (QHSE) ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000:2015 và OHSAS 18001:2007 was established and applied comprehensively with the purpose of quality commitment, customer satisfaction, safe working environment for all employees, minimize environmental risks and fully comply with current laws and regulations.
The workforce, including professional management and skillful workers are highly trained, especially technical workers such as weld operators, testers, quality control operators, etc., have been being trained and maintained award certificates according to ASME and ISO 9712, etc., together with the application of enterprise management software (ERP) into all manufacturing and business activities make quickly, synchronously and exactly operation.
Finally, in order to ensure the quality of each output product, we always focus on the quality of raw materials such as hot rolled coiled steels, valves, welding materials, zincs ... are imported directly from reputable manufacturers from Japan (Nippon, JFE),Korea (Posco, Hyundai) and Thailand (Cavagna, SCG) and all materials are strictly inspected before being put into production.
